FF7 is a classic that some would say is their entry into the series. Not for me. I have pretty much avoided most of the FF games my whole life because I didn’t get into console gaming until I was older. My introduction was FF 15, and I had got my first taste. I tried other ones but none of them really gripped me like this one has. The story is super neat, and the characters are serious yet goofy. You play as Cloud, the coolest kid in town who is way to cool to be a good guy, but sure seems to be the good guy. The gameplay is turn based combat and outside of that is pretty much exploring and getting lost, while also trying to keep up with what’s going on in the story. I look forward to seeing where this long journey ends up.
